Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours unless otherwise stated. We do not ship on national holidays. You will get tracking number of the parcel after your order is shipped.
How long before you get your package?
For all orders shipping to Thailand, standard shipping time is 5-8 business days. Orders need to be placed Monday-Friday before 5 P.M. for the order to ship the same day. All orders placed after 5 P.M. or on holidays and weekends (Sat. & Sun.) will ship the following business day.
At Medibis, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may only do so if the product is unopened and a refund is requested within 14 days of receiving it.
Please check your products carefully on arrival to ensure they have not been damaged during shipping. Due to health and safety items may only be returned if unopened and in the condition in which they were delivered. Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Medibis if your request falls outside of the above criteria.
Your refund will be made within 14 days from when we receive your returned product at Medibis. To make a return, send an email to with details as to why you are making the return/refund, including your order number. Any refund requests must be confirmed by Medibis via email before refund requests are approved and payment is made.
Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. Costs associated with payment and return delivery will be covered by the customer and deducted from the total refund amount.
